Attendance & Punctuality

Every day at school is an experience and value. Hence, it is important that every student attends every day to school.

Parents may plan vacation/travelling during school vacation period only.

Students must report to school with a FITNESS CERTIFICATE issued by the said Medical Practitioner stating that he/she has recovered and is fit and safe for interacting with the other students. If a student is absent due to prolonged indisposition, beyond three days, parents must notify the principal

Students should always be well groomed.

Girl students with short hair should wear elastic hair bands.

Girl students with long hair should make two plaits tied.

Girl students are not permitted to wear gold, long hanging or fancy earrings, or fancy jewellery.


Uniform

We do encourage all children to wear school uniform. The uniform looks very smart and promotes a whole school identity. It also makes all children equal and avoid any competition to have the latest sports or fashion clothing.

School Do's & Dont's :

Every student should carry the school calendar daily. He /She must have the diary signed by his/her parent's every day.

Students coming by their own transport should reach school on time & parents should pickup them on time after school.


Indoor & Outdoor Games :

The Outdoor game is for children to develop their physical & mental growth as individual child.

Outdoor Games & Indoor Games are Football, Cricket, Chess, Carrom, Yoga, Karate, Basket Ball, Tennis , Badminton, Kho kho.


Sports & Events :

Practice will be given by excellent coach, to compete towards Inter School, District Level, State level and National Level for the progress of Individual Child.


School Security :

School will be under CCTV Surveillance. Security guard will be provided in the school campus.

Child Protection

The safety and well-being of the children in our care is always our highest priority. The school has a clear policy for Child Protection which is available to parents on request. All staff receive regular training to recognise the signs and symptoms of abuse.

Any concern regarding child protection should be discussed with the Principal, the nominated teacher for Child Protection.

Security : Once the children are in school, gates are locked to prevent access by anyone from outside. This is to ensure the child's safety whilst in the school building.

Illness & Injury : If a child being ill or injured at school, parents will be contacted as soon as possible so that the child can be picked up from school. For this system to work effectively it is essential that the parents to updated the school record like contact names, address and telephone numbers once changed.

Medical and First Aid

The school provides first aid as and when required and has registered medical practitioner on call to take care of any emergency. However, students with wheezing should carry the prescribed medicine/medication with them. Parents should send a note in this regard to the class teacher in the school calendar.

Class teachers is not responsible for administering medication to children. If it is essential that your child needs to receive prescribed medication during the school day, please bring it in the original container with the chemist's label to the main office. It must be clearly marked with the child's name and dosage. Please note that no medication can be administered to the nose or eyes by staff.
